A proposed housing estate in the North of the Island consisting of a mix of bungalows, terraced, semi-detached, and detached houses. Structura Consulting has undertaken the trial hole investigation to advise on house foundation arrangements, drainage design strategy and structural appraisal to ensure houses are compliant with Approved Document A of the Building Regulations 2004.
